  Membership Upgrade

  So I’m looking to upgrade my membership, but want to be sure i am doing it correctly. Do i just purchase a new one from the shop?

  Go to your settings/your account: https://flfnetwork.com/my-account/

  Click on YOUR MEMBERSHIP: https://flfnetwork.com/my-account/subscriptions/

  Click on view your membership.

  And then click on UPGRADE

  I’m just trying to upgrade my membership and it’s charging a start up fee of $11.67. Is that correct? If so, what is that charge and why would an existing member be charged it?

    Hi Jeremy,

    When you upgrade, the system will charge you the difference from what you’ve already spent on your existing membership vs the price of the membership you’re upgrading to so you’re not over paying. You’ll see the charges return to the normal amount on your next billing cycle. That’s what that charge should be. If you have any other questions, let me or Julio know and we’ll be happy to help!
