In July of 2021 my wife gifted me a magazine only subscription for my birthday. It’s a great magazine but we’re cutting back on non-essential spending and need to drop the $60 annual cost. But we can’t figure out how to cancel. I found the sub listed under my profile, but it errors out when I try to do something. I’d like the $60 charge reversed please.
